Thank you for making Armed Forces Day 2010 such a huge success!

The Armed Forces Day Twibbon campaign was the most popular Twibbon trend throughout 26 June.

On behalf of Service personnel and their families, veterans and cadets, we would like to say a heart felt THANK YOU for showing your support and making Armed Forces Day 2010 such a memorable success.

Whether you went along to an event, held your own party or left a message of support, it was much appreciated and it all went a long way to help boost morale.

The national event in Cardiff dominated the UK news and such was the excitement around the day that ‘Armed Forces Day’ was the no. 2 Twitter trending topic worldwide, eclipsing Glastonbury and the World Cup. The Twibbon campaign was the most popular trend throughout 26 June.
