Aberdeen celebrated the history and proud record of the Armed Forces this year with a parade of serving military men and women, veteran associations, cadet and youth organisations, accompanied by local pipe bands.
Afterwards, the Bridge of Don Barracks hosted a fun-filled day with displays from local forces including Police, Ambulance & RNLI equipment and vehicles, a tank, armoured car & historical objects from Grampian Transport Museum and The Gordon Highlanders Museum and historians dressed up in WW1 uniform.
