Ramsgate Town Council will be holding a parade and drumhead service for Armed Forces Day. The Parade will start on Military Road, heading towards Ramsgate Harbour and down Harbour Parade to the turning circle. At the turning circle the parade will stop and their will be a short service. At the end of the service the parade will form up and parade back down Harbour Parade where the salute will be taken outside Custom House, before dispersing at the end of Harbour Parade.
The event is for everyone. Military organisations will be invited to take part in the parade, and civic dignitaries will be invited to be a part of the service. The general public will be able to watch the military parade as it goes past.
