The event will commence with a Drumhead Service at 11am and is followed by the Armed Forces Day event from 12 noon to 3.30pm. This has become an annual event in the Towns calendar and gives people the opportunity to show support for the Armed Forces including serving personnel, their families, veterans and cadets. On site will be representatives from the Armed Forces both serving, veterans and cadets. Free entertainment including fun fair rides, inflatables, climbing wall and face painters will keep the children entertained. People can also browse around military vehicles, engage with reenactment group and visit the arena to watch a full timetable of entertainment. Catering and refreshments will be on site.
